ANI Integrated Services Ltd is currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Project Manager – Civil

• Experience: 15 to 20 years
• Responsible for overseeing the entire project, ensuring timely completion, and adherence to quality standards.

2. Construction Manager – Civil

• Experience: 12 to 15 years
• Manage construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure project milestones are met.

3. Construction Manager – Finishes

• Experience: 12 to 15 years
• Oversee finishing works such as interiors, exteriors, and landscaping to ensure high-quality results.

4. Engineer QAQC – Civil

• Experience: 8 to 10 years
• Responsible for quality assurance and quality control of civil construction activities.

5. Civil Engineer – Finishes

• Experience: 6 to 9 years
• Focus on finishing aspects of the project, including interior design, landscaping, and aesthetics.

6. Civil Engineer

• Experience: 6 to 9 years
• Work on various aspects of civil engineering within the residential project, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Relevant experience in residential projects
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices

Position Details

1. Project Engineer – Civil

• Experience: 4-8 years
• Responsible for managing and coordinating civil engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Must have experience in high-rise residential projects.
• Sound knowledge and exposure to MIVAN technology are required.
• Mandatory PMC work experience for a minimum of 2 years is essential.

2. Construction Manager

• Experience: 10-15 years
• Oversee and manage construction activities, including planning, execution, and quality control.
• Experience in high-rise residential projects and familiarity with MIVAN technology are mandatory.
• Must have at least 2 years of mandatory PMC work experience.

3. Senior Construction Manager

• Experience: 15-22 years
• Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Extensive experience in high-rise residential projects is required, along with expertise in MIVAN technology.
• Mandatory PMC work experience for a minimum of 2 years is essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
