Available Position: Design Engineer – Building, Hilly Terrain

Qualification Required:

• Degree: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
• Experience: 8-10 years in designing buildings for hilly terrains and mountains, with a focus on reinforced concrete and steel structures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and Analysis: Perform analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel buildings, including stepped foundations suitable for hilly terrains.
• Review and Approval: Review and approve designs and drawings prepared by design consultants, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Consultant Input: Provide necessary inputs to consultants to align with project specifications.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize software such as STAAD PRO (Connect Version), ETABS, and SAFE for structural analysis and design.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian Standard Codes for concrete and steel design, with a particular focus on seismic provisions and ductile detailing.
• Drawing Review: Check and validate drawings using AUTO CAD software.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate with site teams to ensure design compliance and alignment with client requirements.
• Additional Skills: Proficiency in Revit software is an added advantage.
