Position: Senior Engineer – Operations

We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer – Operations with a background in Mechanical or Electronics & Communication engineering to join our operations team. If you have 3-6 years of relevant experience and are ready to make a significant impact, this role is perfect for you!

Qualification Required:

• Education: B.Tech in Mechanical / Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Experience: 3 to 6 years in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Feasibility, Initiation, and Planning:

• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to prepare detailed business cases and project plans.
• Assist in the selection of vendors and contractors for projects.

2. Vendor Management:

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the best terms.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Coordinate effectively and understand the technical aspects of the manufacturing process and EPC business.
• Ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Present project proposals and updates to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain support and alignment on project objectives.

5. Budgeting and Monitoring:

• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Monitor project progress, addressing issues to ensure timelines and budget goals are met.

6. Project Execution:

• Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
