Position Details:

• Position: Planning and Coordination
• Experience: 2 to 5 years
• Location: Mumbai
• Qualification: Minimum BE Civil

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Baseline Schedule and plan engineering deliverables to create accurate and realistic project timelines.
2. Coordinate with the Project, SCM, and Operations teams to provide the necessary inputs for engineering drawings.
3. Report Variances: Periodically track project progress, identify variances against the baseline plan, and prepare recovery plans.
4. Preventive Actions: Suggest preventive actions to ensure on-time project delivery.
5. Client Discussions: Conduct technical discussions with clients and consultants to obtain approvals for design outputs.
6. Monitor Status: Regularly monitor project status and participate in project review meetings.
7. Resource Planning: Schedule activities, update progress, analyze variances, and forecast resource requirements on a weekly and monthly basis.
