Position Overview:

• Position: QS – Billing & Planning
• Location: Regional Office Belgaum, Karnataka
• Project Sites: Across Karnataka
• Qualification: M.Tech (Civil) / B.E/B.Tech
• Experience: Minimum 10 years
• Salary: As per industry norms

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating and monitoring project costs from the design to construction stages.
• Preparing bills of materials and quantities.
• Managing sub-contractor billing and reconciliation of quantities.
• Monitoring project income and maintaining proper financial records.
• Preparing documentation for clients and sub-contractors, as well as materials purchases.
• Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, Road Estimator, Primavera, SAP, and MS Office.
