ABL is looking for suitable candidate for its Human Resources & Admin Department.

(International Projects) to be based out of its Corporate Office in Nashik (Maharashtra)

Position: HR and Administration

  • Sr. Manager
  • AGM
  • DGM
  • GM

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 25+ years of experience in the entire gamut of resources management with 10 years. Specific experience in Infrastructure projects like Road, Power Distribution & Transmission, Railways, Water etc.

Job Description:

  • He should have relevant experience of entire gamut of Resourcing & Recruitment process Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Selection and Appointment etc.
  • He should be competent in planning Human Resources requirements in construction with heads of different functional & operational areas.
  • Verify the duration of projects and decide the type of visas (Temporary, Buisness etc.) and local hiring to meet the project requirements.
  • Should have expertise in contributing to evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with executive team.
  • Steering policies for identifying high performance talent and providing training opportunities.
  • Managing appraisal process for substantiating Performance Appraisal System linked to reward management.
  • Competent in introducing welfare measures like employee development plans, resource deployment, wellness, rewards etc.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of employees grievances to maintain cordial management – employee relations.
  • Company leases (labour camps, Staff Accommodation, Hire vehicles etc.)
  • Good Knowledge of multi-line insurances (Group Medical, GLPA & other classes of insurances) through best negotiations for economical and better insurance benefits.
  • Aware about local applicable labour laws and HSE Policies.

Note: Compensation will be no constaint for candidate with relevant education and experience.
