1. Deputy Manager / Manager – Business Development

• No. of Positions: 02
• Location: Hyderabad / Delhi
• Qualification: BE/ME – Electrical and MBA
• Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage solar business development, including tendering and techno-commercial analysis.
• Consolidate and circulate pre-bid queries and clarifications.
• Handle market intelligence, competition studies, and preparation of MIS reports.
• Lead both domestic and international business development efforts in the solar sector.

2. Assistant Manager / Manager – Quality

• No. of Positions: 02
• Location: Hyderabad
• Qualification: BE – Electrical
• Experience: 7 to 15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop quality management systems (QMS) and implement checklists for solar projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project quality.
• Conduct audits and manage quality inspections to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Provide technical support for quality-related issues during project execution.

3. Construction Manager / Senior Manager – Solar

• Location: Hyderabad
• Qualification: B.Tech / BE / M.Tech / ME (Electrical / Mechanical)
• Experience: 7 to 15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations.
• Manage both on-site and off-site construction operations, including DC and AC systems in solar projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Lead large solar projects with capacities of at least 200 MW.
