- Experience: 15 to 20 years (preferably from a Real Estate/Construction Industry background)

Roles & Responsibilities: The Legal Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the legal integrity of our real estate transactions and operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting title due diligence and property title searches, ensuring compliance with mortgage transactions, balance transfers, and resales.
- Possessing expert knowledge of property law, including registration and stamp duty laws, RERA, land acquisition, criminal and civil law, consumer protection law, and more.
- Expertise in vetting, due diligence, and drafting of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, conveyance deeds, and court proceedings.
- Strong experience in resolving legal matters through effective pleadings, presentation of evidence, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms like mediation and arbitration.
- Wide experience across various district courts, forums, tribunals, and high courts for litigation management.
