Position: Engineer in Planning & Billing (Quantity Surveying)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: 10+ years of experience in Managing Project Costs, Preparing Bills of Quantities, and ensuring accurate Billing Throughout the project lifecycle especially in Construction or Civil Engineering industries.

Job Description: Compensation will be no constraint for candidate with relevant education and experience.

• Prepare detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Prepare and verify invoices and payment Certificates.
• Liaise with contractors, clients and project managers.
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and work progress.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing and financial transactions m
• Ensure companies with Contractual obligations and company policies.
• Provide support in Construction cost estimates and project management.

Additional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Construction Cost Estimation and Project Management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Other Relevant software.
• Excellent communication and Negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as Part of a Team
• Detail -Oriented with strong analytical skills.
