Job Description:

As the Manager – Planning, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and timely completion of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Micro Level Planning: Collaborate with the site team and Project Manager to plan project details.
• Resource Coordination: Arrange necessary resources in coordination with the Regional Office.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress daily and report updates.
• Productivity Monitoring: Evaluate labor and plant machinery productivity, implementing improvements as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Target Setting: Establish and monitor monthly execution targets for the site.
• MIS Reports & CTC Projection: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and Cost to Complete (CTC) projections.
• Formwork Coordination: Calculate formwork requirements and manage mobilization and demobilization.

Key Skills:

• Educational Background: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of experience in the building sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP is a must.
