Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Inter CA, ICWA

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in audit, coordination with overseas branches, project accounts, taxation, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts finalization in Tally, with SAP knowledge being an added advantage.
• Prepare financial statements for branches and subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with overseas consultants on audits and tax compliance.
• Review budgets and monitor cash flow.
• Provide MIS reports as required by management.
• Liaise with government/statutory officials and banks for necessary compliance.
• Ensure smooth management of stock, inventory, and fixed assets.
