Job Details

• Position: QA/QC Manager
• Location: Jodhpur Site
• Qualification Required: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience Required: 10+ years in the building sector

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Concrete Mix Design: Establish project-specific concrete mix designs in coordination with clients and RMC vendors.

2. Vendor Coordination: Manage coordination with finalized RMC vendors to ensure timely supply to the site.

3. Documentation: Maintain detailed checklists, pour cards, and inspection reports.

4. Compliance: Ensure all works are executed as per Project Quality Plan (PQP), IS codes, and contract specifications.

5. Lab Setup: Develop and maintain a proper laboratory setup for site-related construction activities.

6. Quality Initiatives: Organize weekly quality walks, quality weeks, and other activities to enhance site quality.

7. Complaint Management: Ensure minimal quality complaints (both internal and external) and prompt closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).

8. Audits and Standards: Maintain documentation for

• Quality Management System (QMS)/Integrated Management System (IMS) audits.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure ISO compliance and maintain organizational standards.

9. Training: Conduct hand skills development training for site personnel.
