Open Positions:

1. HR Manager

• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Experience: 7-10 years
• Salary: ₹50,000-₹65,000 per month

Role Overview:

The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing).
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance to employees and managers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide training and development opportunities for employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a project-based company.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

2. Chartered Accountant

• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Experience: 7-10 years

Role Overview:

The Chartered Accountant will manage all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws and regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to management.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant certification.
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Accountant/Tally Operator

• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Experience: 4-7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using Tally software.
• Prepare and process invoices and payments.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Provide support for auditing and compliance activities.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Tally software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
