3. Manager/Senior Engineer – QS & Billing/QA-QC/Planning

• Qualification: DCE/BE (Civil)
• Experience: 4–15 years

4. Supervisors – Civil/Finishing/QA-QC

• Qualification: Relevant technical certification
• Experience: Minimum 4 years

5. Foremen – Shuttering/Steel

• Qualification: Relevant technical certification
• Experience: Minimum 4 years
