Key Requirements:

1. Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Completion of ADIS (Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety) or PDIS (Post Diploma in Industrial Safety) is mandatory.

2. Experience:

• Proven experience as a Safety Engineer or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• 6 to 11 years of relevant experience, particularly in high-rise residential projects.

3. Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
