Job Role: Design Architect – Station Building (Ropeway Projects)

Qualification Required: B.Arch / M.Arch

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed construction drawings for station buildings.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and other systems into the building design.
• Ensure that station buildings meet accessibility requirements and adhere to relevant building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather information for design development.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals to communicate design concepts and solutions to clients and project stakeholders.
