1. Position: Manager / Sr. Manager – Planning & Monitoring

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil with Minimum 10-15 Years of Experience
• Experience: Candidates must have experience working in Road & Highway Projects.

2. Position: Sr. Engineer / Dy. Manager – Planning & Monitoring

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil with Minimum 4-8 years of experience
• Experience: Experience in planning, updating, and monitoring of Roads & Highway Projects using Microsoft Project.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Overall Project Management: Take complete ownership of end-to-end project management, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution and monitoring.
• Schedule Management: Update and track baseline and revised project schedules, highlighting critical issues and red flag clauses, Assist the Contract Management Consultant (CMC) in preparing various time and cost claims.
• Schedule Preparation: Prepare baseline and revised schedules, encompassing resource planning, scope of work statement, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and tracking physical and financial progress using S-Curve analysis.
• Management Information System (MIS): Develop detailed MIS reports including Monthly Progress Report (MPR), Daily Progress Report (DPR), Dashboard, and updates on land acquisition and hindrance status.
• Time Cycle Management: Establish time cycles for various activities related to highway structure works, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Revenue Planning and Cash Flow Management: Formulate revenue plans, aligning physical and financial targets with available resources and revenue projections, Manage cash flow based on resources and revenue plans, ensuring financial sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Comparative Analysis: Prepare comparative reports comparing standard and actual time cycles of various project activities, Analyze discrepancies and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in project execution
