Open Position: Deputy General Manager – Bridge Design (Highway)

• Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering / M.Tech in Structural
• Experience: 18 to 20 Years
• Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram

Job Responsibilities

1. Design Planning & Management

• Define the scope of assignments in collaboration with senior management.
• Review and approve the work plan for the respective team.
• Manage timely execution and ensure adherence to set design standards by minimizing rework.

2. Design Delivery

• Review the design creation progress and identify underlying deviations.
• Ensure that design deliverables are on time and meet the required quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Design Director for design optimization and final approval on designs.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant government officials to acquire necessary approvals.
• Appraise the team and senior management (Design Director, Director – Tech & VP Design) about delivery progress.

4. People Management

• Facilitate the development and growth of direct and indirect reportees.
• Keep track of overall sub-function employee engagement and attraction.
