Position Available

• Position: Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager
• Role: Coordinator (Premobilization & Demobilization of National Highways Projects)
• Department: Planning & QS
• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Head Office)
• Experience: 12 years or more
• Qualification: B. Tech (Civil) – Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive plans for pre-mobilization and demobilization activities for national highways projects.
  Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
  Identify the resources required for pre-mobilization and demobilization, including equipment, materials, and manpower.
• Optimize logistics to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Plan and oversee site preparation activities before mobilizing equipment and personnel to the project site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during pre-mobilization and demobilization activities.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to synchronize pre-mobilization and demobilization efforts.
• Develop budgets for pre-mobilization and demobilization activities and monitor expenses throughout the process.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality or timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of pre-mobilization and demobilization activities, including expenses, resource utilization, and project progress.
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties and develop risk mitigation strategies.
