Department: Contracts

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Candidates with NICMAR qualifications will be preferred.

Experience: 4 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to road projects.

Salary Range: ₹4,80,000 – ₹15,00,000 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Study of contract documents and preparation of CAD.
• Interpretation of contractual provisions.
  Drafting contractual and regular correspondences.
• Identifying and notifying force majeure events and preparing Extension of Time (EOT) requests.
• Preparation of Change of Space Proposals (COS).
• Document management.
• Risk assessment related to contract agreements.
• Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Proficiency in software such as MS Excel and MS Word.
• Knowledge of dispute adjudication processes (DAB/DRB/ARBITRATION).
