Open Positions and Requirements

A. High-Rise Building – Northern India Projects

1. HSE Manager / Deputy HSE Manager

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Industrial Safety (recognized diploma or degree)
• Experience: Overall 12+ years, with at least 10 years in high-rise construction
• Responsibilities: Oversee safety measures, ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, and manage on-site HSE operations.

2. Environment Manager

• Qualification: M.Tech in Environmental Engineering, M.Sc. in Environmental Science, or equivalent
• Experience: Overall 8+ years in construction, with LEED implementation experience preferred
• Responsibilities: Manage environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives on construction sites.

3. HSE Engineer / Officer

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Industrial Safety or a recognized diploma
• Experience: Overall 10+ years, with at least 6 years in high-rise building safety management
• Responsibilities: Support the HSE manager in implementing safety protocols and conducting safety audits.

4. QA/QC Engineer / Manager

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 7–10 years (at least 50% in high-rise buildings)
• Responsibilities: Handle quality assurance and control activities, inspections, and design reviews for high-rise commercial and residential projects.

B. Underground Metro – Southern India Projects

1. Senior OHSE Manager

• Qualification: ME/M.Tech in Industrial Safety, BE in Fire and Safety, or equivalent diploma
• Experience: Overall 12+ years, with a minimum of 3 years in underground metro projects
• Responsibilities: Lead HSE efforts for underground metro projects, ensuring compliance with national and international safety standards.

2. Junior OHSE Manager

• Qualification: ME/M.Tech in Industrial Safety, BE in Fire and Safety, or equivalent diploma
• Experience: Overall 6+ years, with at least 1 year in underground metro projects
• Responsibilities: Assist senior managers in safety operations, inspections, and audits for metro projects.
