Job Role: Billing Engineer (Client Billing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit running bills to clients based on project progress.
• Liaise with clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing processes.
• Prepare, review, and verify subcontractor bills and invoices.
• Coordinate with the finance department for timely billing and payment processing.
• Manage variations and change orders, documenting changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
• Address client queries related to billing and invoices.
• Handle letter correspondence effectively.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience Required: 2–4 years as a Billing Engineer.
• Proven expertise in client and contractor billing, particularly in drinking water supply projects.
