2. Planning & Documentation – Interior Fit-Outs/Data Centres

• Experience: 6-12 years
• Create detailed project plans and maintain precise documentation.

3. Contracts and Billing – Interior Fit-Out/Greenfield & Data Centres

• Experience: 8-12 years
• Manage contracts and billing processes with a strong understanding of construction and financial practices.

4. Electrical QA/QC – Data Centres

• Experience: 8-10 years
• Ensure high-quality electrical installations and maintain stringent QA/QC standards.

5. Civil Interior QA/QC

• Experience: 8-10 years
• Oversee civil works quality and safety standards.

6. HVAC QA/QC

• Experience: 8-10 years
• Ensure HVAC systems meet regulatory and quality standards.

7. Planning Manager – Data Centres/Greenfield Projects

• Experience: 8-12 years
• Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate resources for successful project delivery.

8. Project Lead – Interior Fit-Outs

• Experience: 12-15 years

9. PMO Lead
