1. Senior Manager – Costing & Estimation

• Qualification: BE – Civil / Diploma – Civil
• Experience: 6-10 years, preferably in highway development projects

2. Manager – Costing & Estimation

• Qualification: BE – Civil / Diploma – Civil
• Experience: 6-10 years, preferably in highway development projects

Job Location: Gurugram, Sector-67

Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in costing and estimation for highway/road projects in tender/HO departments
• Review of contract agreements, drawings, BOQs, and preparation of project data sheets and risk analysis
• Preparation of project cost estimates, master procurement schedules, cash flows, and cost alignment with project schedules
• Analysis of RFQ documents and preparation of qualification statements for target projects
• Development of pre-bid questionnaires for client clarifications
