Position: Billing Engineer (Client & Contractor Billing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing Preparation: Prepare and submit running bills to clients based on the work completed, ensuring that all billing is accurate and timely.
• Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to address any billing-related concerns and ensure that all processes meet client expectations.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Verify and review subcontractor bills and invoices, ensuring compliance with contract terms before processing payments.
• Change Management: Handle variations and change orders, documenting any changes in project scope, schedule, or budget.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Work with subcontractors and vendors to resolve any billing discrepancies, ensuring a smooth payment process.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Billing Engineer, preferably in drinking water supply projects.
• Proven experience in both client and contractor billing.

Location: This position is based at our Head Office in Banswara.
