• Position: AGM / DGM – Contracts Management
• Education: Degree in Engineering (Civil or Equivalent) + PG in Contract Management and Quantity Survey / PGD ACM (or) / PGP CM from NICMAR / MBA from RICS SBE (Preferred)
• Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad

Job Description:

• Managing a team of around 10 professionals.
• Handling contractual matters and managing correspondence.
• Preparation of contractual drafts in consultation with project heads and site teams.
• Monitoring claim-related matters and ensuring timely submission of claims.
• Facilitating proceedings in arbitration, tribunals, and DRB matters.
• Identifying extra items, change of scope, and delay events, and maintaining records.
• Reviewing and finalizing pre-tender contractual risk analysis and joint venture agreements.
• Administering subcontract matters and resolving subcontractor claims/issues.
• Ensuring adherence to department/company SOPs.
• Timely monitoring of MIS/reports and taking necessary action.
• Reviewing bidding documents to identify risks before bid submission.
• Contract closure.
