Qualification & Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Tech (Civil) with 4 to 12 years of experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Preparation of Quantities: From Drawings (PDF/AutoCAD), Quantity Take Off, Material Take Off, Item Rate, Contractor/Client Billing.
Additional Responsibilities (Nice to Have):
- Project Coordination and Monitoring
- Good Knowledge of Contract Conditions
- Quantity Surveyor Planning
- Rate Analysis of BOQ Items
- Reconciliation Statements Construction M/s
- Monitoring Project Progress
- Preparing Budget Estimation and Costing Planning
- Billing, Tendering, and Variation Orders
- Client and Sub-contractors Billing
- Variation Claims and MIS Reports
