1. Quality Assurance – Manager

Area of Expertise:

• Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• SPC & Process Capability
• PFMEA & Control Plan
• Problem Solving (8D, A3, RCA)
• Customer Complaint Management

Experience:

• 10+ years in Quality Management
• Worked in Manufacturing companies
• Certified in Green/Black belt (Preferred)

2. Quality Assurance – Engineer/Sr. Engineer

Area of Expertise:

• Control Chart Analysis
• Process Capability Studies
• Defect Analysis & Detection
• Problem Solving (8D, A3, RCA)

Experience:

• 3-7 years in Process/Product Quality
• Worked in Manufacturing companies
• Certified in Green/Black belt (Preferred)

3. Supplier Quality – Engineer/Sr. Engineer

Area of Expertise:

• Supplier Audits & Evaluation
• Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
• Supplier Defect Analysis & RCA (8D, A3, RCA)
• Supplier Quality Improvement Plans

Experience:

• 3-8 years in Supplier Quality/Incoming Quantity.
• Worked in Manufacturing companies

4. Methods Engineering (ME) – Manager

Area of Expertise:

• Process Design & Optimization
• Develop PFD PFMEA, PCP
• Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Capacity Planning & Resource Utilization.

Experience:

• 10+ years in Manufacturing engineering/Industrial Engineering
• Certified in Green/Black belt (Preferred)

5. Methods Engineering (ME) – Engineer 

Area of Expertise:

• Productivity Improvement
• Time and Motion Study & Cycle Time Reduction
• Process (Tool, Methods) Standardization
• Data Analysis for Process Improvement

Experience:

• 3-7 years in methods Manufacturing engineering / Industrial Engineering
