• Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations in 8 states where Suzlon operates in India.

Candidate Screening & Selection Process

• Academic Criteria Screening: Minimum 55% aggregate throughout (10th, Diploma).

Trainee Engineer Package & Benefits

• Designation: DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level)
• CTC: INR 2.00 lakh per annum
• Additional Benefits: Bachelor shared accommodation, canteen facilities, site transport provided by Suzlon. Travel reimbursement, annual increments, and incentives as per applicable policy.
• Training Program: 6 weeks comprehensive training program consisting of 3 weeks classroom training followed by 3 weeks of On-the-Job Training (OJT).
