Open Positions in Anodising Team:

1. Shift In-charge (Lead)

• Qualification: B.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 6 to 10 years.
• Responsibilities: High-volume production monitoring, troubleshooting, budgeting, and people management.

2. Fixture-Crib Supervisors

• Qualification: B.Sc/Diploma in Chemistry.
• Experience: 4 to 8 years.
• Responsibilities: Fixture maintenance, spares procurement planning, and management.

3. Anodizing Supervisors

• Qualification: B.Sc/Diploma in Chemistry.
• Experience: 4 to 8 years.
• Responsibilities: Managing production, OEE achievement, and workforce management.

4. Lab Shift In-charge

• Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry.
• Experience: 8 to 15 years.
• Responsibilities: Testing protocols, process bath maintenance, and resource planning.

5. DDS Supervisors

• Qualification: Diploma.
• Experience: 4 to 8 years.
• Responsibilities: Quality inspection, workforce training, and DDS elimination.

6. Kitting Supervisors

• Qualification: Diploma.
• Experience: 4 to 8 years.
• Responsibilities: Consumable stores handling, inventory planning, and supplier coordination.

Open Positions in Assembly Team:

1. Laser, Dispensing & FACA

• Qualification: Diploma/BE.
• Experience: 2 to 7 years.
• Responsibilities: Laser welding, process control, and machine handling.
