The project spans from Design Ch 89.900 to Ch 136.100 (Package-3) and from Design Ch 136.100 to Ch 182.300 (Package-4), covering a total length of 92.400 kilometers. This project is part of the National Highways Authority of India’s efforts to enhance road infrastructure under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).

Open Positions

1. Senior Quality Cum Material Expert (SOCME)

Location: Karnataka (Belgaum-Hungund-Raichur section)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control and material testing for the highway project.
• Ensure all materials meet project specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Develop and implement quality assurance plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in quality control and material testing in highway projects.
• Strong knowledge of material standards and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

2. Road Safety Expert

Location: Karnataka (Belgaum-Hungund-Raichur section)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement road safety plans and measures.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections of the highway project.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure safety standards are integrated.
• Provide training and guidance on road safety best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in road safety.
