Aarvi Encon Limited! We are urgently looking for qualified and experienced Project Engineers to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. If you have the skills and passion for managing industrial equipment installations, this opportunity could be your perfect fit.

Position Overview

• Designation: Project Engineer / Site Supervision Services
• Location: Pune, Maharashtra
• Contract Duration: 3 months (extendable)
• Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
• Overtime: Applicable
• Joining: Immediate (within a week or 15 days)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the installation and commissioning of industrial equipment such as boilers, hot water generators, and heat pumps.
• Manage schedules for equipment installation and piping projects.
• Troubleshoot technical issues under pressure, providing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

1. Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; a professional engineering license is preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in managing industrial equipment installation, especially boilers, hot water generators, and heat pumps.
3. Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
4. Communication: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the energy or HVAC industry.
• Familiarity with CAD software for equipment and piping design.
