1. Manager – Projects

• Qualification: B.Tech / BE (Electrical)
• Experience: 12 Years

2. Deputy Manager – Projects

• Qualification: B.Tech / BE (Electrical)
• Experience: 10 to 12 Years

3. Assistant Manager – Projects

• Qualification: B.Tech / BE (Electrical)
• Experience: 8 to 10 Years

4. Engineer (Billing & Planning)

• Qualification: B.Tech / BE (Electrical)
• Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Job Description: Experience in various power distribution schemes (RDSS, DDUGJY, RGGVY, IPDS, FSP), execution of 33/11 kV HT/LT and Sub Station projects, team leadership, project execution, and client billing.

5. Survey Engineers

• Qualification: B.Tech / BE (Electrical)
• Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Job Description: Expertise in surveying using GPS and other instruments, strong analytical skills.

6. Civil Engineer (Projects)

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil
• Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Job Description: Experience in sub-station design, construction management, and quality assurance.

7. Quality Engineer (Projects)

• Qualification: B.Tech / BE (Electrical)
• Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Job Description: Site Quality Management, Quality Assurance & Control, continuous improvement through quality training, lab establishment.

8. AutoCAD Operator / Engineers

• Qualification: Certificate / Diploma / Degree in AutoCAD
• Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Job Description: Proficiency in creating technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams using AutoCAD Software.

9. Senior Supervisor / Supervisor / Foreman (Projects)

• Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Electrical
• Experience: 2 to 12 Years

Job Description: Supervision, project management, quality assurance, safety, team leadership.

10. Safety Officer

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Health & Safety
• Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Job Description: Site safety management, Safety Planning and Implementation, TBT, Awareness, incident investigation, Safety Inspections, and Audits.

11. Store Incharge

• Qualification: Graduation (in any discipline)
• Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Job Description: Experience in Inventory MIS, Store & Logistic management in the Power distribution sector.

12. Store Assistant / Store Keeper

• Qualification: Graduation (in any discipline) or 12th pass
• Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Job Description: Record keeping, Maintenance of Inward / Outward, Material distribution, Labour handling.

13. Executive / Sr. Executive (HR)

• Qualification: Dip / PG Dip / MBA in HR
• Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Job Description: Handling Site Manpower related to HR department.

14. Site Accountant

• Qualification: Graduation (in any discipline)
• Experience: 4 to 8 Years
