1. Dy. Manager/Assistant Manager – Mechanical / Civil 

• Location: Maharashtra/Jharkhand
• Qualification: BE Mechanical with 10+ years experience
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years experience in handling large size Irrigation/STP Projects as Billing Incharge.

2. Engineer/Sr. Engineer – Civil/Mechanical

• Location: Maharashtra/Jharkhand
• Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech – Civil/Mechanical with 5 years exp.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience or Irrigation/STP Project Execution.

3. Dy. Manager/Assistant Manager – Quality

• Location: Maharashtra/Jharkhand
• Qualification: BE Civil with 10+ years exp.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years experience in handling large size Irrigation/STP projects as Quality Incharge.

4. Dy. Manager/Asst. Manager (Billing)

• Location: Maharashtra/Jharkhand
• Qualification: BE Civil with 10 years exp.
• Experience: Minimum 7+ years experience as Billing In-charge in large Irrigation/STP projects)

5. Manager/Dy. Manager (Planning)

• Location: Maharashtra/Jharkhand
• Qualification: BE Civil with 10+ years exp.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years experience as Planned In-charge for large Irrigation/STP projects.

6. Construction Manager (Irrigation/STP)

• Location: Maharashtra/Jharkhand
• Qualification: BE Civil with 15+ years exp.
• Experience: Minimum 7+ years experience as Construction Manager in large Irrigation/STP projects.

7. DGM/GM – Design (Structure/Civil)

• Location: Mumbai
• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech – (Civil/Structure) with 18+ years of experience.
• Expectations: Structure Design of Water and Wastewater Treat Plant’s, Pumping Station, Water Retaining Structures.

8. Manager/AM/Engineer – Design (Mechanical Process)

• Location: Mumbai
• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech – Mechanical with 8-12 years of experience.
• Expectations: Design of Mechanical Equipment in WTP/STP plants, Piping and Structure Support Design, RFQ / Data sheet preparations and review/Technical Clearance of Equipment.

9. Manager/AM – Design (E&I)

• Location: Mumbai
• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech – (Electrical / Instrumentation) with 8-12 years of experience.
• Expectations: Design of electrical works and automation works including SCADA, PLC, Instrumentation.

10. Manager – Contracts

• Location: Nagpur
• Qualification: B.Tech + NICMAR with 8+ years of experience
• Expectations: Reviewing bids and assessing contractual risks, Making right suggestions, Drafting MOUs, Developing Bid Documents.

11. Manager – Design (Structure/Civil)

• Location: Nagpur
• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Civil/Structure) with 8+ years of experience.
• Expectations: Structure design for All Water/ Waste Water/ Irrigation Projects.

12. AGM/Sr. Manager – Proposal (Irrigation Projects)

• Location: Nagpur
• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech with 15+ years of experience
• Expectations: Study Irrigation Projects / Client – consultant disc, Costing Presentation to the Management.

13. AGM/Sr. Manager – Procurement (Mechanical)

• Location: Nagpur
• Qualification: B.Tech – Mechanical with 15 years of experience
• Expectations: WTP, STP, Mechanical Packages, Negotiation Skills, Irrigation, Solar, Team Management.

14. GM/DGM – Procurement (Civil)

• Location: Mumbai
• Qualification: B.Tech – Civil with 18+ years of experience
• Expectations: Contract & Sub-contract Management, Negotiation, Vendor Development, Strategies Decision, Cost Management, Team Building, Contract Performance Management.

15. Manager – Procurement (Civil)

• Location: Nagpur / Mumbai
• Qualification: B.Tech – Civil with 10+ years of experience
• Expectations: Procurement Planning, Sub-Contracting, Contracts Management, Risk Compliance, Negotiation, Vendor Development.

16. Manager – Proposal (Solar Projects)

• Location: Nagpur
• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech – Electrical / Instrumentation with 10+ years of experience

17. DGM – Bidding

• Expectations: Bid review / Support in Go/No-Go Presentation / Bid Documentation / Client visits.
