L&T Construction Heavy Civil Infrastructure is seeking experienced professionals for its prestigious Hydro Power and Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) projects located in North and Northeast India.

Open Positions

1. TBM Operators

• Experience in Hard Rock TBM operations.

2. TBM Professionals

• Civil Managers/Engineers, Electrical Managers/Engineers, PLC Engineers.

3. Construction Roles

• Formwork Managers/Engineers.
• Grouting Engineers.
• Civil Managers/Engineers/Foremen with Powerhouse
• Civil Works experience.

4. Specialized Roles

• Construction Manager – NATM (Underground and Dam Works).
• NATM Surveyor (7-10 years of tunneling experience).
• Manager/Engineer – Quarry, Mining & Crushing.

5. Quality & Safety

• QA/QC Manager/Engineer.
• Manager – EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).

6. Contracts

• Manager – Contracts.

Qualifications Required

• Engineering Roles: Graduation/Diploma/PG in Engineering.
• Foreman/Technician Roles: ITI certification.
• EHS Roles: Full-time Diploma in Safety (Government-approved) + Engineering degree/diploma.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Hydro Electric Power Projects.
