Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 5–7 years of industrial experience
• Proficiency in technical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
2. Ensure timely project completion within budget.
3. Develop bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents.
4. Assess and mitigate project risks.
5. Identify opportunities for cost savings.
